About the Role:
Cascadia Green Development is seeking a Manager, Marketing & Sales – Residential Real Estate to lead the marketing and sale of multiple active development projects in North Vancouver. This is a hands-on, owner-directed role responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle across two concurrently marketing projects, from initial buyer engagement through to firm completion.
The role owns sales strategy and execution, including pricing, incentives, absorption pacing, and deal negotiation, while coordinating multiple residential and commercial broker teams. You will act as the primary liaison between ownership, brokers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on positioning, messaging, and target buyer profiles. The position also oversees project-specific marketing strategies, launch planning, sales collateral, and lead-generation channels, adjusting tactics based on market conditions and sales performance.
This role is well-suited for a commercially minded real estate professional who thrives in a performance-driven, owner-led environment. Success requires strong execution discipline, comfort managing parallel projects, and the ability to translate market intelligence, buyer feedback, and sales data into clear recommendations that protect sales velocity and drive consistent outcomes.
About the candidate:
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in residential real estate sales and marketing, preferably within a development-led environment. You are a confident negotiator and closer with a highly organized, process-driven approach, and are comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, performance-oriented setting.
You have a proven track record selling mid- to high-value residential product, along with experience coordinating and managing multiple broker or agency teams. You bring a strong understanding of buyer psychology, deal structuring, and North Vancouver market dynamics, paired with solid commercial acumen, accountability, and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role comes with a compensation range of CAD $80,000-100,000, along with a significant performance-based bonus, extended health & dental benefits, 2 weeks of paid vacation, and sick leave. The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
