About this Role:
Reporting into the Head of Operations, the Operations & Logistics Lead will oversee end-to-end order management, customer delivery, and installation operations across the U.S. market. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from order confirmation through final installation, while maintaining high standards of operational execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
The Operations & Logistics Lead will partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and third-party installation vendors to ensure operational targets are achieved while continuously improving processes, systems, and customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, vendor management expertise, escalation handling capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing full-cycle order management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across all customer orders
Managing stock allocation and inventory planning in coordination with global supply teams to maintain operational readiness and support market demand
Leading delivery and installation operations to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
Managing third-party installer and field service relationships to ensure reliability, quality standards, scalability, and accountability
Overseeing delivery scheduling, logistics coordination, site management, and domestic inventory movement
Ensuring compliance with local registration requirements, certifications, and operational processes
Partnering closely with Sales to deliver a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience
Proactively managing and resolving customer escalations related to installation quality, delivery timelines, and service concerns
Implementing corrective actions and process improvements to minimize recurring operational issues
Monitoring operational expenses including logistics, vendor services, installation costs, and supplies
Establishing and tracking KPIs including on-time delivery, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and cost per install
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall performance
Supporting ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution coordination when required
Assisting with installer and technician coordination, replacement part logistics, and operational reporting
Supporting resolution tracking and data capture within the Global Quality system
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate brings approximately 3–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, field service delivery, or installation management within a fast-paced environment.
They have a proven track record managing third-party vendors, installers, or field service providers, while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance and customer experience.
The successful candidate is highly organized, operationally disciplined, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. They bring strong problem-solving abilities, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and motivated by building efficient and scalable operational processes. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas, with employees expected to work in-office four days per week. Candidates must be flexible and recognize they are supporting a global business, which may occasionally require early morning or after-hours availability, or schedule adjustments to accommodate different time zones and operational needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $80,000–$90,000 USD. The total rewards package also includes extended health and dental benefits, three weeks of vacation plus a birthday off, one week of sick leave, four weeks of remote work, and a health or wellness spending account.
In addition, the position is eligible for an annual Operations Performance Bonus tied to operational KPIs and business performance, with bonus potential of up to 14% of base salary.
