About this Role:
The Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a residential building in the Lower Mainland. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a mix of technical know-how, customer service orientation, and operational leadership.

About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in building operations or property management, with a strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC, life safety, and mechanical operations. They will demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset in addressing onsite issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-service orientation are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with Yardi software are considered assets. The role requires occasional availability for evening and weekend responsibilities, along with the physical capacity to perform onsite tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive base salary in the range of CAD $60,000-75,000, along with a discretionary bonus, extended health and dental benefits, 2 weeks of paid vacation, RRSP matching program, and a health or wellness spending account. The final offer will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. Talent Edge and WPM believe in pay equity, fairness and transparency.
