About this Role:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer based in Chicago, the Operations Lead plays a critical role in overseeing end-to-end order management, delivery, and installation operations across the U.S. market. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from order confirmation through to final installation, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
The role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and third-party installation partners to deliver on performance targets and support business growth. The successful candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, with the ability to manage complexity, resolve escalations, and continuously improve processes to scale operations effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing full-cycle order management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across all customer orders
Managing inventory allocation and planning in coordination with global supply teams to meet market demand
Leading delivery and installation operations, ensuring high-quality execution and a consistent customer experience
Managing and developing third-party installer relationships to ensure reliability, quality standards, and scalability
Overseeing delivery scheduling, logistics coordination, site readiness, and domestic inventory movement
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, certifications, and operational requirements
Partnering with Sales to deliver a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience
Managing and resolving customer escalations related to delivery timelines or installation quality
Monitoring operational costs including vendor services, logistics, and installation expenses
Establishing and tracking key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and cost per install
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall performance
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate brings approximately 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or field service delivery within a fast-paced environment. They have a strong track record of managing third-party vendors or installation partners, and are comfortable owning end-to-end operational performance.
They bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. Financially literate and operationally disciplined, the successful candidate is comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by building efficient, scalable operations.
This is a hybrid position based in their flagship showroom in Toronto, with employees expected to work three days per week in-office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Candidate must be flexible and recognize that we are global and be available for early morning / after work hours and/or adjust schedules time accordingly.

Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $75,000–$90,000, along with a performance-based bonus tied to operational KPIs. The total rewards package also includes extended health and dental benefits, three weeks of vacation plus a birthday off, one week of sick leave, four weeks of remote work, and a health or wellness spending account.
